Who I am

Max Butler Web Design, Dublin, Ireland. You can contact me about your details at maxbutlerwebdesign@icloud.com.

What I collect

• The enquiry form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add (phone number, business name and type, your current website, your message).
• The client details form (for businesses I'm building a site for): your business details, plus any photos and logo you upload.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why I use it

To reply to you, to make your free sample or website check, and to build your website if you go ahead. I use your details because you asked me to get in touch, and because it's in my legitimate interest to answer enquiries about my work.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, and emails go through Apple's iCloud Mail. They handle your details only so the website and emails work. I never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless you become a client. Photos and logos sent through the client details form are deleted from the website automatically after 30 days. I keep the copies I need to build your site.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, by emailing maxbutlerwebdesign@icloud.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
